Returning your Tiffany lighting item
There may be, in isolated situations a need for you to return one of our Tiffany lamps or lighting products. We hope the information below will help explain this process.
In the event that you wish to return goods, you will be responsible for ensuring the goods are properly packed and arrive to us in the same condition as when they were originally supplied, given that Tiffany lamps are very delicate, attention to detail is important when preparing the lamps for transit.
Should you wish to return the goods because of any defect then please advise us of your claim in advance of despatching the goods. Once we have agreed the return and agreed the associated costs you may proceed to send the goods. Once we have received the goods and we acknowledge the claimed defect then a full refund will be made to your card including the agreed costs of retuning the goods..
Should goods be returned for any other reason the costs of return will be to your own account. Once the goods have been received by us in the same condition as when they were originally despatched then a full refund will be made to your card, less the original charge for carriage plus a £10.00 administration fee.
