Delivery to any UK address is FREE. This is trackable with a reputable courier company and fully inclusive of insurance. If your box is delivered to you and there is a breakage, you must let us know within a seven day period of recieving the box, in the unlikely event of a breakage beau-home.co.uk will have the box picked up and a new box will be swiftly dispatched to you.

Your box is normally dispatched the day after purchase and is put on a 2 day service, Delivery will be between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00. Sometimes the courier company will out-perform itself and deliver within 24 hours, this often happens. If there is nobody in at time of delivery the couriers will leave a card with details of your nearest depot, you will have to ring them to re-arrange a delivery time suitable to you. The courier company will hold your box for 10 days before returning it back to us. A fee will then be payable to have box re-dispatched to you (Normally £8.00)
